Secrets that could be easily taught, even if a person had severe complications like I had. My complications included 3 different kinds of pelvic pain, problems with arousal and orgasms, and a history of sexual trauma.

Does getting a libido only take an hour, or do I need more time?

The course is designed so that you can go through all the videos (the main training content) in one hour! For those who want to grasp the concepts in a short amount of time, this course is the perfect solution. You'll have the option of viewing the webinar in full, or watching the videos in smaller chunks you can pace as you wish. Whichever you choose, to maximize the benefit of the course, you’ll want to implement what you learned  by practicing the accompanying activities, outlined in the workbook. This allows you to experiment, customize, and rewire your erotic self. Students usually take anywhere from one week to several months to fully experience this transformation.

How can I get personalized attention?

For those wanting more guidance, I offer a limited number of coaching slots per month. I also discount a single session for people signing up for the course. You'll have this option at check-out.

What if I'm a hopeless case?

I hear you! I felt that way too about my own life and obstacles before I began my sexual healing. Here's what's important to know: the framework and tools I provide help you better understand sexual desire and pleasure. They also inspire you to redesign sex so that it authentically excites you. Too many times people think they have low libido when they just don't know that the way they feel is normal, and also that there are ways to customize erotic experiences so that they are truly exciting.

What if I have physical issues?

The Libido Lab is designed to help you activate a sensual and erotic connection to your own body--and also to a partner, if you have one. This connection can be made regardless of physical issues or limitations. The reason is that a sensual/erotic connection is not based on having to perform any particular activity. It is based on tapping into what your body authentically likes. Your body is designed to like certain things, and not other things. Your body is designed to move, automatically, toward that which pleases you.

What if I experience depression?

Depression can certainly affect our libido, as can certain anti-depressants.If you have mild to moderate depression, sexual activity (or even just sexy thoughts and feelings) are an evidence-based way to boost the happy hormones needed for healing. If you have severe depression, see below.* If you're on anti-depressants that alter libido, the course is a perfect fit as it teaches you to expand your experience (and concept) of arousal and desire. *If you have severe depression, this course is not recommended, as you may not have enough motivation, or access to dopamine. Best to recover a bit more and then sign up.
