Coaching with Laura Zam

You're allowed to want a thrilling life.

In fact, not wanting one might be exactly what's holding you back..

Life isn't supposed to be thrilling, right?

Maybe some contentment, if you're lucky. Seeking thrills is selfish and dangerous — it only throws you off course.

(What if we've been selling ourselves short?)

The Thrilling Life™

The Thrilling Life™ is a direct challenge to the belief that thrills are out of reach, dangerous, or frivolous. My work is about showing you how to find thrilling moments in your day — the ones that restore your nervous system, sharpen your sense of self, and infuse your days/life with intense, embodied joy. As reward. As intentional uplift. As a practice.

This same principle applies whether you've lost your aliveness at work, due to chronic pressure and burnout — or whether you've lost it in your intimate relationship.

In both scenarios, thrills are recoverable! Because finding doses of intense joy is a skill. And, guess what? You don't have to overhaul your life to get there.

The Thrilling Life™ Framework

Three principles for finding — and sustaining — an intensity of experience in your everyday life.

Laura Zam is a keynote speaker, author, and educator whose book

The Pleasure Plan — published by HCI Books/Simon & Schuster and featured in The New York Times and on PBS — was built on nine years of research into trauma recovery and the science of restoration. The Thrilling Life™ framework grew directly from that work.

She's also a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. That experience, combined with her extensive training, is what makes this work different: Laura doesn't just know the research. She's lived the journey — and she's helped thousands of women navigate their own pathway to a thriling life.

In her coaching practice, she brings rare insight into how pleasure goes awry, genuine warmth, and the kind of hard-won wisdom that only comes from having actually been there.

I now have a path to expanding my sexual pleasure with myself first and with my husband. Laura's work was the missing piece.
