She’s the creator of The Thrilling Life™, a science-backed framework that helps people build resilience through small moments of delight—restoring psychological strength and vitality without adding more to their plates.
Laura's work is grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and trauma-informed care, offering a refreshing alternative to traditional wellness programs that often feel overwhelming or out of reach.
Laura has presented at the American Psychological Association, Verizon, Discovery Communications, Reston Hospital Center, CBRE Real Estate, and many other organizations. She has been on faculty at Brown University, UC Berkeley, George Mason University, as well as presenting at many other universities across the U.S. Additionally, she has worked internationally with youth from conflict zones in the Middle East and Europe—helping them build resilience and conflict resolution skills.
Before turning her focus to mental health and workplace well-being, Laura spent years in professional theater, where she wrote and performed seven acclaimed one-person shows that she presented around the globe, and Off-Broadway.
